Emirates Group offers over 100 job opportunities across technology, engineering, and cabin crew roles
The Emirates Group has announced more than 100 new job opportunities across its aviation and corporate divisions in Dubai. These roles cater to both experienced professionals and entry-level candidates, with the recruitment and development of UAE nationals remaining a key priority of the hiring program.
Vacancies are available in sectors such as information technology, engineering and maintenance, airport operations, logistics, human resources, and customer service. Interested applicants can submit their applications through the Emirates Group recruitment portal.
The remuneration and benefits package varies depending on the role and seniority level. It may include a tax-free salary, company-provided housing or a housing allowance, medical insurance, an annual flight ticket, and travel discounts for employees and their families.
Among the highest-paying positions are pilot roles, with the total annual package for certain positions valued at approximately AED 1.2 million. This figure includes an annual cash salary of around AED 575,000 based on an average of 85 flight hours per month. Additional benefits include housing, education allowances for up to three children, 42 days of annual leave, and eligibility for the company’s profit-sharing scheme.
The Emirates Group is also continuing recruitment for its National Cadet Pilot Program. Trainee salaries start at AED 6,365 per month during the initial stages and increase throughout the training period. Upon completion of the program, First Officers receive a monthly package of approximately AED 52,000, including fixed benefits.
For cabin crew, the base monthly salary is AED 4,980, supplemented by flight pay of AED 69.60 per hour. Based on average flight hours, the total monthly income is approximately AED 11,000. Benefits also include hotel accommodation during layovers and airport transportation.
