Ajman father of two wins $1 million in Dubai Duty Free draw!
An Indian resident of Ajman has won $1 million in the latest Dubai Duty Free Millennium Millionaire draw.
Jijo Pulikkatody, a 41-year-old photographer and father of two, won the prize with ticket number 4891, which he bought online on August 22. His name was announced on Wednesday, September 9, during the draw held at Concourse B of Dubai International Airport.
Pulikkatody, who has lived in Ajman for four years, shared the cost of the ticket with 17 Indian friends. The group had been jointly entering the draws for the past three to four months. He said the prize would help all members of the group.
The Kerala native is the 283rd Indian national to win the $1 million prize since the Millennium Millionaire promotion began in 1999.
🔴 Second $1 Million Winner
On the same day, Rohan Prakash Fernandes, an Indian national living in Dubai, won another $1 million in Series 554 with ticket number 1710.
🔴 Luxury Cars and Motorcycles for Finest Surprise Winners
The Finest Surprise draws were then held for three luxury vehicles.
Yogesh Danak, a 53-year-old Indian national living in Sharjah, won a Range Rover SE P360 with ticket number 1243. Born and raised in Dubai, he has regularly participated in the draw for 15 years, and this was his first win.
Eser Erol, a 35-year-old Turkish national living in Dubai, won a BMW F 900 GS motorcycle with ticket number 0978. He has lived in Dubai since 2024, and the winning ticket was only his third entry in the draw.
Melvin Pontes, an Indian national living in Dubai, also won an Aprilia Tuono V4 1100 motorcycle with ticket number 0505. This is his second motorcycle win; Pontes previously won an Aprilia RSV4 Factory 1100 in October 2025. Dubai Duty Free said it had not yet been able to inform him of his latest win.
