The Grand mall in Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, is set to open on August 19, offering a comprehensive destination for shopping, dining, sports, and healthcare services.
The Grand, a new community mall, is set to open on Wednesday, August 19, 2026, in Dubai’s Nad Al Sheba district. The development integrates retail, dining, essential services, and wellness facilities within a neighborhood-focused environment.
The center will launch in phases, with additional outlets and services scheduled to open through the end of the year and into 2027. The initial phase features a Waitrose supermarket, MMI, Maple Bear nursery, Al Jaber Optical, Heart Cottage Lane, and Fixperts.
The food and beverage sector will expand starting in early September. Confirmed brands include Tashas, Somewhere, Home Bakery, Kokoro, Blu Pizzeria, Bake My Day, and Daima. StayWell Pharmacy and Tips and Toes will also join the mall during this period.
Expansion will continue into 2027, with the addition of Fitcode gym and an American Hospital clinic to the mall’s health and wellness portfolio.
Designed as a community hub rather than a traditional large-scale mall, the project offers a centralized location for residents to manage daily shopping, dining, healthcare, and other essential needs.
Featuring green spaces, landscaping, and an open, light-filled architectural design, The Grand is a key component of the wider Nad Al Sheba master plan. The developing area is set to include villas, townhouses, cycling and walking tracks, leisure facilities, and an educational campus.
