A Dubai-based company has signed a five-year agreement with a Chinese firm to supply up to 10,000 humanoid robots annually.

No Competition Infinity Gaming Development Services signed the agreement with China’s Jiangsu Yunmu Intelligent Manufacturing Technology. The partnership aims to develop solutions using artificial intelligence, digital twins, advanced simulation and humanoid robots.

Dubai-China Deal to Supply Up to 10,000 Humanoid Robots Annually

The agreement was signed in Taicang, China, and the two companies are set to cooperate for five years.

Under the agreement, annual supply capacity could reach 10,000 humanoid robots, although the figure may vary depending on project progress, technical test results and commercial demand.

The partnership will combine the Chinese company’s humanoid robot manufacturing capabilities with the Dubai firm’s expertise in video games, virtual environments, real estate and simulation.

The president of No Competition said the primary goal is to use AI and simulation to train, test and improve the robots’ performance before deploying them in real-world environments.

He said the technology could help reduce risks to people, improve safety, support children’s education and create new job opportunities.

Robot Use in Construction and Real Estate Under Review

The initial phase will assess the use of the robots in sectors including construction, property development, video games, education and research.

No Competition plans to first simulate operations in virtual environments and digital twins. Once the processes have been tested and optimised, the robots could carry them out in the real world.

The programme will be implemented in stages, beginning with technology testing, followed by pilot projects. If successful, the companies will assess the potential for broader commercial deployment of the robots.
