Abu Dhabi to host thrilling UFC bouts once again
More thrilling competition is on the way as the UFC returns to the UAE this July with its latest Fight Night event.
The UFC, the world’s premier mixed martial arts organization, announced on Monday in partnership with the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi that UFC Fight Night Abu Dhabi will take place on July 25 at Etihad Arena on Yas Island.
Organizers stated in a release: "Full details of the fight card will be announced in the coming weeks. With a history of hosting high-profile bouts and a unique atmosphere, Abu Dhabi is once again preparing for a spectacular and unforgettable night inside the Octagon."
Tickets for the major event will go on sale soon.
Organizers also added: "Fans are encouraged to register their interest early via the VisitAbuDhabi.ae website to increase their chances of securing tickets. Exclusive hotel and ticket packages will also be available for fans traveling from abroad."
Through a strong partnership established in 2010, Abu Dhabi has become one of the world's leading destinations for popular mixed martial arts competitions.
Dana White, UFC President and CEO, previously praised Abu Dhabi as the fight capital of the world after the UAE capital successfully hosted Fight Night events during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020.
