According to the UAE National Centre of Meteorology, Saturday will be generally fair to partly cloudy, with increased cloud cover at times over eastern areas.

Humidity will rise overnight and on Sunday morning, particularly in some coastal and inland areas. There is also a chance of mist forming in some areas, especially in the west.

Temperatures are expected to reach 42°C in Abu Dhabi, 41°C in Dubai and 39°C in Sharjah.

Minimum temperatures are forecast at 29°C in Abu Dhabi, 27°C in Dubai and 28°C in Sharjah.

Light to moderate south-easterly to north-easterly winds are expected at speeds of 10 to 20 kilometres per hour, occasionally reaching 30 kilometres per hour.

The sea will be calm.
