UAE strongly condemns renewed Iranian missile and drone attacks on Bahrain and Kuwait.
The United Arab Emirates on Sunday, June 28, issued an official statement strongly condemning the renewed Iranian missile and drone attacks on Bahrain and Kuwait, describing them as a blatant violation of the sovereignty of both nations and a threat to their security and stability.
The UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that the recent attacks targeted the Kingdom of Bahrain and the State of Kuwait, noting that Abu Dhabi considers these actions a direct assault on the sovereignty of the two neighboring countries.
The Ministry emphasized the UAE's full solidarity with Bahrain and Kuwait in the face of these developments, affirming its support for all measures taken by both nations to protect their security, stability, and territorial integrity.
This latest statement follows similar positions taken by the UAE in recent weeks. Abu Dhabi had previously condemned attacks attributed to Iran against Bahrain, Kuwait, and Jordan, labeling them a threat to regional security.
These remarks come amid ongoing regional security tensions, as Arab nations have repeatedly warned of the consequences of missile and drone attacks on national security, critical infrastructure, and regional stability. The Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) also previously condemned the attacks on Bahrain and Kuwait, describing them as a violation of sovereignty and a threat to international efforts aimed at restoring regional stability.
