What Are the Trump Organization’s Biggest Projects in the Arab World?
The Trump Organization, in partnership with property developer Dar Global, has six active projects across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar and Oman. The developments include residential towers, luxury hotels, golf courses, retail centres and leisure complexes.
Saudi Arabia accounts for the largest share of the group’s announced investments, with projects worth a combined $10 billion, equivalent to AED36.7 billion. Dar Global expects the projects in the Kingdom to be completed within the next four to five years.
In the UAE, construction is under way on a $1 billion tower in Dubai, while other projects are being developed in Jeddah, Doha and Muscat.
Saudi Arabia: Projects Worth $10 Billion
The Trump International Golf Club project in Wadi Safar, in Saudi Arabia’s Diriyah region, will span 2.6 million square metres. The development will feature a championship golf course, a Trump hotel and luxury residences within a gated community.
The project’s residential component, named Riana, will include Trump-branded mansions and non-branded homes. In June 2026, Dar Global awarded a contract worth about $90 million, equivalent to AED331 million, for infrastructure works.
The Trump mansions will range from 1,250 to 5,400 square metres, with the Riana project scheduled for completion by the end of 2030.
In another project, Trump Plaza Jeddah, valued at more than $1 billion, was unveiled in January 2026. The mixed-use development will be built within Amaya on King Abdulaziz Road and will feature Trump residences, Grade A offices, retail outlets, restaurants, serviced apartments and a private members’ club.
Amaya spans approximately one million square metres, with the main construction contract awarded in April 2026.
Dubai: 80-Storey Trump Tower to Rise on Sheikh Zayed Road
The $1 billion Trump International Hotel and Tower Dubai, valued at AED 3.67 billion, is under development on Sheikh Zayed Road.
Standing approximately 350 metres tall with 80 storeys, the tower will feature a five-star hotel, private residences and an exclusive members’ club.
According to Dar Global, the project will comprise 574 units, including hotel rooms and suites, and is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2031.
Gulf Asia Contracting was awarded the contract to build the tower’s base in August 2026. By September 2026, around 80 per cent of the project’s saleable units had been sold.
The residences will include one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, as well as four-bedroom penthouses. Planned amenities include an exclusive owners’ lounge, a fitness centre and a rooftop infinity pool.
Trump Tower Jeddah: $531 Million Residential Project
Trump Tower Jeddah is a 47-storey residential development on the city’s Corniche, valued at $531 million, equivalent to Dh1.95 billion.
The tower will feature 561 residences and is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2029.
The units will range from one- to four-bedroom apartments to three- and four-bedroom penthouses, with sizes ranging from 70 to 365 square metres.
Arabian Construction Company was awarded the tower’s main construction contract in November 2025, following the completion of enabling and foundation works.
The development will also feature a private Trump Club, restaurant, gym, swimming pool and concierge services for residents.
Qatar and Oman Expand Luxury Resorts and Golf Courses
In Qatar, the Trump International Golf Club Doha project will be developed on a site spanning around 790,000 square metres within the eight-million-square-metre Simaisma coastal development.
Unveiled in April 2025 in partnership with Qatari Diar, the project will feature an 18-hole golf course, a clubhouse and Trump-branded villas overlooking the golf course and coastline.
In Oman, the Trump Residences project forms part of the AIDA development in Muscat.
The Trump International Hotel Oman development is valued at $500 million, equivalent to AED 1.84 billion, and will feature 140 hotel rooms and suites.
The project’s residential component will include five-bedroom villas overlooking the golf course and three-bedroom villas set along the cliffs.
The residences will be located 130 metres above the Sea of Oman and are scheduled for completion in December 2028. The AIDA development will also feature an 18-hole golf course, a hotel, restaurants and beachfront spaces.
Overall, the Trump Organization and Dar Global are developing a portfolio of residential, tourism and commercial projects across four countries in the region, with delivery timelines varying by project.
