Dubai property transactions reached AED 11.28 billion last week
Dubai property transactions reached approximately AED 11.28 billion in the week ending Friday, October 2, with 4,076 deals recorded across the emirate. Sales transactions accounted for AED 7.58 billion.
According to data from the Dubai REST app, operated by the Dubai Land Department, 2,871 sales transactions were recorded during the week, comprising 1,924 residential units, 241 buildings and 706 land plots.
Sales of ready properties totalled approximately AED 4.92 billion across 1,423 transactions. These included 646 residential units, 71 buildings and 706 land plots.
Meanwhile, off-plan property sales reached around AED 2.65 billion. A total of 1,448 transactions were recorded in this segment, including 1,278 residential units and 170 buildings.
The mortgage segment recorded 976 transactions worth AED 3.05 billion, while 229 property gift transactions were registered with a combined value of approximately AED 648 million.
Among Dubai’s districts, Al Rowaiyah First ranked first with sales exceeding AED 1.72 billion. Most of this value came from the sale of 525 residential plots, worth a combined AED 1.65 billion. The most expensive plot in the area sold for AED 18.5 million.
Jumeirah Village Circle ranked second with sales of approximately AED 533 million, followed by Business Bay with nearly AED 263 million.
Al Hebiah Fifth recorded sales of around AED 248 million, followed by Dubai Investment Park First with approximately AED 190 million. Sales transactions on Palm Jumeirah totalled around AED 188 million.
