Wynn Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah has unveiled new ultra-luxury accommodation: two-storey townhouses spanning up to 1,110 square metres within the resort’s Enclave boutique hotel.

The accommodation ranges from two-bedroom townhouses measuring 630 square metres to four-bedroom units covering 1,110 square metres. Despite the “townhouse” designation, the units are not residential properties for sale and will be available exclusively to guests through bookings.

Guests will enter the townhouses through a private Royal Foyer. Each unit features a large primary suite and a private spa with a hammam and tepidarium, as well as living and dining areas, a library, billiards room, media room, modern kitchen and bar. Landscaped courtyards, several private plunge pools and dedicated wellness amenities are also incorporated into the design.

Guests will also have access to a private beach, dedicated butler and 24-hour guest services, and a chauffeur-driven vehicle. High ceilings, grand staircases and distinctive architectural details are designed to make the units feel more like private homes than conventional hotel rooms or suites.

The townhouses form part of Enclave, the boutique hotel at Wynn Al Marjan Island. With their addition, Enclave will offer a total of 323 accommodation units, including suites, apartments, townhouses, and beachfront and marina residences.

Todd-Avery Lenahan, President and Chief Creative Officer of Wynn Design & Development, described the units as a category distinct from villas or penthouses, with a primary focus on expansive scale, privacy and a residential-style stay within a resort.
