A new golf club featuring luxury amenities and a championship-standard course has opened in Dubai, adding another option to the city’s sports and leisure destinations.

Emaar South Golf Club, featuring an 18-hole championship course, opened on October 5, 2026, in Dubai South, near Al Maktoum International Airport.

Designed to deliver a premium golfing experience, the new venue offers a range of facilities for professional players, golf enthusiasts and visitors.

The sports and leisure complex features an 18-hole championship-standard golf course and a driving range. A par-3 course is also planned as part of the venue’s future development.

The main course was designed by European Golf Design and measures 7,278 yards from the black tees.

A dedicated driving range, chipping greens and putting greens are also available for players of varying skill levels.

In addition to its sporting facilities, the modern clubhouse offers a range of amenities for visitors.

These include a reception area, fully equipped changing rooms, a specialist golf shop managed by E-Golf, a restaurant operated by Maison Mathis and guest parking.

According to Emaar Hospitality Group, the main golf course is now operational, while the restaurant and specialist golf shop are scheduled to open as part of the venue’s wider offering.

Emaar South Golf Club has been designed not only as a sporting venue but also as a destination for leisure, dining and social activities.

The facilities are intended for local residents, hotel guests and other visitors.
