Ajman's Luxury Real Estate Market Reaches New Heights with Record-Breaking Sales

Ajman's luxury real estate market has reached a new milestone as Al Zorah Development Company, a joint venture between the Government of Ajman and Solid International, has completed the sale of two of the most expensive residential units ever recorded in the emirate.

These landmark deals include an ultra-luxury waterfront mansion and a beachfront penthouse in Al Zorah City, located near the highly anticipated Four Seasons Al Zorah resort.

The first transaction involved the sale of a five-bedroom beachfront mansion in the Sea Glints Mansions project for approximately AED 30.8 million (USD 8.39 million), setting a new record for residential property value in the emirate.

The mansion boasts a built-up area of 7,338 square feet on a 14,000 square foot plot and features high-end finishes including marble flooring, custom-designed woodwork, landscaped gardens with a private pool and jacuzzi, as well as internationally branded fitted kitchens and bathrooms, and advanced smart home systems.

The Sea Glints Mansions collection comprises only seven exclusive beachfront mansions and is located directly adjacent to the highly anticipated Four Seasons Al Zorah resort.

Al Zorah also confirmed the completion of the sale of a four-bedroom penthouse in the Sea Line Residences project, a luxury waterfront development in the Al Zorah City tourist area, for AED 9 million (USD 2.45 million).

The 4,612 square foot penthouse offers expansive indoor and outdoor living spaces, high ceilings, panoramic sea views, and direct beach access. Sea Line Residences comprises 99 residential units and is scheduled for delivery in December 2026.
