Dubai’s property market recorded around AED12.26 billion in sales, mortgages and gifts during the trading week ending Friday, October 30, 2026. According to Dubai Land Department data, 3,656 transactions were registered over the five working days, with property sales accounting for the largest share by value at AED7.44 billion. A land deal worth AED600 million in Al Barsha Heights was among the week’s most notable transactions.

From Monday, October 26, to Friday, October 30, a total of 2,579 sales transactions worth AED7.44 billion were recorded. These included 2,082 units, 273 buildings and 224 land plots. During the same period, 879 mortgage transactions worth around AED3.51 billion and 198 gift transfers valued at AED1.31 billion were registered.

A breakdown of sales by value showed that completed properties accounted for around AED4.39 billion, or nearly 59 per cent of the week’s total sales value. Off-plan property sales, meanwhile, reached around AED3.05 billion, representing 41 per cent of the total. The figures indicate that completed properties led in terms of transaction value, although final detailed data is needed to determine each segment’s precise share of the number of sales.

One of the week’s most significant transactions was the sale of a residential land plot in Al Barsha Heights for AED600 million on Thursday, October 29. The plot covered around 74,350 square feet, with a registered value of nearly AED8,070 per square foot.

The deal was completed on a day when the total value of Dubai property transactions reached around AED3.15 billion. On the same day, 495 sales worth AED2.04 billion, 201 mortgage transactions valued at around AED785 million and 26 gift transfers worth AED316 million were recorded.

Among the week’s notable commercial deals, an off-plan office in the Bureau Lamar project in Business Bay was sold for AED43,759,800 on October 26. The property covered around 9,513 square feet.

Also in Business Bay, an off-plan office in the Lumena by Omniyat project was sold for AED29,371,659 on October 28.

Dubai’s luxury residential market also recorded the sale of a completed three-bedroom apartment at Atlantis The Royal Residences on Palm Jumeirah. The unit, spanning around 3,430 square feet, was sold for AED29 million on October 29.

High-value transactions in Al Barsha Heights, Business Bay and Palm Jumeirah, alongside activity in the residential and off-plan segments, highlighted the diversity of Dubai’s property market during the week. However, the high value of a few major transactions does not in itself indicate a broad rise in property prices, and assessing price trends requires comparisons of similar transactions over longer periods.
