Images from the new film Spider-Man: Brand New Day were projected onto the facade of the Burj Khalifa ahead of its special screening in Dubai, transforming the world’s tallest building into a massive billboard for the Marvel superhero.

Fans of the franchise in the UAE can watch the movie on Wednesday, July 29, a day before its general release in the region, at Reel Cinemas in Dubai Mall. Doors will open at 7 AM, with organizers billing the event as the first public screening of the film in the region.

In addition to the screening, activities such as trivia competitions, prize giveaways, and special fan experiences have been organized. The Spider-Man display on the Burj Khalifa was part of the promotional campaign marking the film's arrival in Dubai.

The story of this installment is set four years after the events of Spider-Man: No Way Home. After erasing himself from the memories of his loved ones, Peter Parker lives alone in New York, dedicating his time to fighting crime. As a new threat emerges, he also faces mysterious physical changes.

Directed by Destin Daniel Cretton and written by Chris McKenna and Erik Sommers, the film sees Tom Holland reprise his role as Peter Parker. The cast also features Zendaya, Sadie Sink, Jacob Batalon, Jon Bernthal, Michael Mando, and Mark Ruffalo.

The early screening in Dubai offers UAE audiences the chance to watch the latest chapter of the Spider-Man franchise ahead of its wider regional release.
