Global Village Dubai has opened registrations for food and beverage (F&B) businesses for Season 31, inviting restaurants, cafes, independent brands, and food entrepreneurs to submit their proposals for the upcoming season.

The registration process is divided into two phases. Applicants for the "Restaurants and Coffee Shops" category can register from August 7 to 18, while the "Kiosks and Food Carts" category will be open from August 13 to 26. The call is open to both new applicants and returning businesses.

Selected businesses will receive a range of support services in addition to their operating space, including booth customization options, assistance with staff visas, customs procedures for imported goods, storage facilities, and electronic payment systems. Operational guidance will also be provided throughout the season.

During Season 30, Global Village featured more than 250 F&B outlets offering cuisines from over 90 different cultures. The destination also hosted more than 3,500 retail shops, 450 performers across 40,500 shows, and over 200 rides and attractions.

Since its inception in 1997, Global Village has welcomed more than 100 million visitors. Applicants for Season 31 can submit their proposals through the destination's business portal. The opening date for the new season and further details are expected to be announced in the coming weeks.
