25 UAE Hotels Make Michelin’s 2026 List, with Atlantis The Royal Leading the Country
In its latest selection, published on September 18, 2026, the Michelin Guide awarded One Key to 19 UAE hotels, Two Keys to five hotels and Three Keys to one hotel. The selected properties are located in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah and the Liwa Desert.
In Dubai, One&Only The Palm, Bulgari Resort Dubai and The Lana, Dorchester Collection each received Two Keys. Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental in Abu Dhabi and The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah, Al Wadi Desert were also awarded Two Keys.
Other selected properties awarded One Michelin Key include Al Maha, Bab Al Shams, Mandarin Oriental Jumeira, ME Dubai, The St. Regis Dubai, The Palm, Address Beach Resort and Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach. In Abu Dhabi, Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers, ERTH Abu Dhabi, Rosewood Abu Dhabi and Jumeirah at Saadiyat Island Resort also made the list. Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort and Qasr Al Sarab Desert Resort by Anantara in the Liwa Desert each received One Key.
Michelin assesses hotels based on criteria including design and architecture, the quality and consistency of service, the property’s character and identity, value for money and its connection to the surrounding environment.
Globally, Michelin’s 2026 selection includes more than 9,400 hotels, of which 2,832 hold Keys: 155 Three-Key hotels, 657 Two-Key hotels and 2,020 One-Key hotels.
