Sharjah Safari, one of the UAE’s leading family and tourist attractions, will reopen for its fifth season on September 21. Closed since May, the park is home to more than 50,000 animals from 120 species, ranging from birds to lions.

Sharjah Safari features 12 distinct zones inspired by Africa’s natural landscapes. Depending on their ticket type, visitors can explore different areas on foot or aboard designated safari vehicles.

Sharjah Safari ticket prices

Bronze ticket:

Adults: AED 40

Children: AED 15

Includes walking access to the African bird section, East African Islands, Boma and Zanzibar Village.

Silver ticket:

Adults: AED 120

Children: AED 50

Includes a shared-vehicle tour through various zones, access to Zanzibar Village, a bird show and the safari camp, as well as a multilingual guide system.

Gold ticket:

Adults: AED 275

Children: AED 120

Includes all Silver ticket benefits, plus a private guide and a walking experience in the Serengeti habitat.

Private vehicle prices

Visitors can also book private vehicles with a dedicated tour for group visits.

Six-seater vehicle: AED 1,500

15-seater minibus: AED 3,500

Location and opening hours

Sharjah Safari is located on the Sharjah-Khorfakkan Road, about five kilometres from Al Dhaid.

The park is open from 8.30am to 6pm.

Visitors are advised to bring a hat, sunscreen, sunglasses, suitable walking shoes, a camera and a reusable water bottle.
