Dubai Crown Prince Sheikh Hamdan's Playful Moment at World Cup Goes Viral

A video of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Minister of Defense of the UAE, sharing a lighthearted and humorous moment at the Dubai World Cup, has taken social media by storm.

In the video, initially shared online by his friend Ahmed Jaber Al Harbi, Sheikh Hamdan is seen quietly approaching renowned trainer Simon Crisford from behind as he watches one of the races at the Meydan Racecourse.

Simon, who has worked for Godolphin as a racing manager for over 25 years, training horses at Gainsborough Stables, appears completely unaware of the Crown Prince's approach.

Sheikh Hamdan then playfully mimics Simon's stance. When the trainer notices the camera, he steps back – and only then realizes that Sheikh Hamdan is standing right behind him. He laughs and jokingly walks away from the group.

The clip, filmed during the 30th Dubai World Cup on Saturday, has since garnered over 4 million views across various platforms. Social media users have praised the close relationship between the UAE's leaders and its people, describing it as a heartwarming moment.
