The UAE’s National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) said rain will continue in parts of the country, with fair to partly cloudy conditions forecast for Wednesday, October 21.

Convective clouds may form over eastern areas by the afternoon, extending to some inland and western regions and potentially bringing rain.

Humidity is also expected to increase in some coastal and inland areas from Wednesday evening into Thursday morning, creating conditions for light fog.

Light to moderate south-easterly to north-easterly winds are forecast, freshening at times, particularly with cloud activity, and causing blowing dust. Wind speeds will range from 10 to 25 km/h, reaching up to 50 km/h in some areas.

Sea conditions are expected to be calm to slight.

According to the NCM, maximum temperatures will reach 39°C in Dubai and Sharjah and 38°C in Abu Dhabi.

Minimum temperatures are forecast at 28°C in Dubai and Sharjah and 26°C in Abu Dhabi.
