The UAE’s National Centre of Meteorology said rain is possible in some parts of the country today, Monday, October 26.

The forecast calls for clear to partly cloudy skies, with a chance of rain-bearing clouds developing over northern and eastern areas.

Hot conditions are expected across the UAE, with temperatures reaching 40°C in some areas. Highs of 36°C are forecast in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Humidity will increase in some coastal and inland areas from Monday evening into Tuesday morning, with a chance of fog or mist.

Winds will be light to moderate, occasionally strengthening with cloud activity and potentially stirring up dust. Wind speeds will range from 10 to 25kph, reaching up to 50kph at times.

Sea conditions are forecast to be slight to moderate.
