According to the latest update on the "Sakha" system, the exit deposit required for pursuing education abroad and tourist travel has been increased to 200 million Tomans.

The "Sakha" system (Police Electronic Services System) is an online platform operated by Iran's Public Conscription Organization. It allows individuals eligible for military service to manage related tasks, such as requesting exit permits, tracking educational exemptions, and other administrative matters concerning national service.

Under the new update, the bond for pursuing education abroad, which was previously set at 80 million Tomans, has risen to 200 million Tomans. The permitted duration of stay abroad for this group is aligned with the length of their academic program.

Furthermore, the deposit for leisure and tourist travel has been raised from 60 million Tomans to 200 million Tomans. The authorized period for such trips is currently fixed between 20 and 30 days.

In contrast, the security deposit for academic trips and conference participation remains unchanged at 60 million Tomans. The permitted duration of stay abroad for these applicants is set at 30 to 45 days.

According to data from the Sakha system, the security deposit for research opportunities for Master's and PhD students also remains unchanged at 80 million Tomans. The permitted duration for this group will range from six months to one year.

Furthermore, the security deposit for pilgrimage trips, including the Atabat and Hajj, has increased from 10 million Tomans to 30 million Tomans. The permitted duration for such travel is between 30 and 50 days.
