The Pink Caravan campaign will launch across the UAE on October 1, 2026, coinciding with Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Nine fixed clinics and several mobile clinics will provide free breast cancer screening and early detection services nationwide.

According to the schedule announced by Friends of Cancer Patients, the Pink Caravan’s nine fixed clinics will operate throughout October at the following locations:

Abu Dhabi: Mushrif Mall
Al Ain: Al Ain Mall and Makani Zakher
Dubai: City Walk
Sharjah: Al Majaz Waterfront and Al Dhaid Mall
Umm Al Quwain: Umm Al Quwain Mall
Ras Al Khaimah: Ras Al Khaimah Mall
Fujairah: Lulu Mall

These centres will provide breast cancer screening services throughout October. In addition to the fixed clinics, Pink Caravan mobile clinics and mini-clinics will visit residential communities, shopping and leisure destinations, universities, workplaces, and government and private-sector entities across the UAE. Services will include free clinical examinations and mammograms for eligible individuals.

Ajman is not among the locations hosting the nine fixed clinics this year. However, with mobile clinics operating across the UAE, Pink Caravan services will not be limited to cities with fixed clinics.

Alongside the nationwide programme, the third edition of the Pink Caravan’s special event will take place at Aljada in Sharjah from October 2 to 4. The event will run daily from 5pm to 11pm, with free admission and no advance registration required.

Women and men attending the Aljada event can receive free clinical breast examinations. Mammograms will also be available to women aged 40 and above, subject to the specified eligibility criteria. The three-day event will also feature educational programmes, sports and wellness activities, interactive workshops and entertainment for children.

Last year, the Pink Caravan conducted more than 19,000 free screenings for 17,458 women and 2,244 men. Organisers say this year’s programme aims to expand access to early detection services and encourage people to undergo regular breast health examinations.

The Pink Caravan is an initiative of the UAE-based Friends of Cancer Patients that seeks to raise awareness of breast cancer and the importance of early detection.
