Dubai’s property market maintained its strong momentum in the first nine months of 2026, with the total value of transactions exceeding AED 574.12 billion, reflecting sustained market activity, rising demand across property segments and continued investment inflows.

According to Dubai Land Department data, 165,018 property transactions worth AED 574.12 billion were recorded from the beginning of January to the end of September 2026. This was equivalent to about 62.47 per cent of the total transaction value recorded in 2025, which reached AED 919 billion.

Dubai property sales reached approximately AED 379.4 billion during the period, marking the second-highest sales value in the market’s history after the record set in 2025.

The sales comprised 123,416 transactions, including 104,198 residential unit deals, 9,514 building transactions and 9,704 land deals.

Ready properties accounted for the largest share of total sales, generating AED 196.08 billion. About 39,320 transactions were recorded in this segment, including 27,020 residential units, 2,605 buildings and 9,704 plots of land.

Meanwhile, off-plan property sales reached AED 183.32 billion. A total of 84,090 transactions were recorded in this segment, including 77,180 residential unit deals and 6,909 building transactions.

Mortgage transactions reached AED 151.13 billion across 34,910 deals. These included 22,060 residential units, 4,223 buildings and 8,627 plots of land.

Property transfers through gifts were valued at AED 43.6 billion. A total of 6,692 transactions were recorded in this category, comprising 5,133 residential units, 431 buildings and 1,128 plots of land.

Business Bay led Dubai’s districts in the first nine months of the year, with sales exceeding AED 20 billion. Airport City followed with approximately AED 17.72 billion, while Al Yelayiss 1 ranked third with AED 16.09 billion.

Palm Deira ranked fourth with AED 12.98 billion, followed by Palm Jumeirah with AED 11.61 billion. Me’aisem 2 placed sixth with AED 11.5 billion, followed by Jumeirah Village Circle with AED 10.29 billion, Palm Jebel Ali with AED 9.4 billion, the Burj Khalifa district with AED 8.86 billion and Mohammed Bin Rashid Gardens with AED 8.5 billion.

In September alone, Dubai property sales exceeded AED 29.66 billion, with 11,430 transactions recorded. These included 9,744 residential units, 777 buildings and 910 plots of land.

Of September’s total sales, AED 16.03 billion came from ready properties across 3,955 transactions. Off-plan property sales reached AED 13.63 billion through 7,476 transactions.

Mortgage transactions in September were valued at AED 16.79 billion across 4,266 deals. Gift transfers during the month reached AED 4.33 billion through 796 transactions.

Overall, the total value of Dubai property transactions in September exceeded AED 50.78 billion, with 16,490 deals recorded.
