Emaar Properties has received the Dubai-it Award in the real estate organisations category, recognising its significant role in delivering major projects and shaping Dubai’s urban landscape.

The award was announced by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence. Praising Emaar’s performance, he said the company had successfully applied Dubai’s philosophy of speed, quality and continuous development across its projects and operations.

Sheikh Hamdan said Emaar demonstrates the “Dubai-it” spirit in all its projects, praising the company’s ability to deliver major developments quickly while maintaining high quality standards.

“What Emaar achieves in one year exceeds global benchmarks: major projects, high quality, rapid delivery and development that never stops. Emaar has created destinations that rank among the most visited places in the world,” he said.

Sheikh Hamdan added: “Emaar embodies the Dubai-it spirit in every project. When the company announces a project, the world trusts its quality and speed of delivery. I congratulate Emaar and Mohamed Alabbar on this achievement.”
