The UAE’s National Centre of Meteorology said weather across the country today, Tuesday, November 3, will be generally clear to partly cloudy.

Red and yellow fog alerts were issued this morning as dense fog covered parts of the UAE’s southern regions, significantly reducing visibility. Abu Dhabi Police also urged motorists to observe variable speed limits displayed on electronic road signs.

According to the National Centre of Meteorology, humidity will increase overnight and on Wednesday morning in some coastal and inland areas, with a chance of fog or mist forming again.

Temperatures across the UAE today will range from 19°C to 39°C. Minimum temperatures are forecast at 26°C in Abu Dhabi, 27°C in Dubai and 23°C in Ras Al Khaimah.

Light to moderate southeasterly winds are forecast, gradually shifting northwesterly. Wind speeds will range from 10 to 20 kilometres per hour, occasionally reaching 35 kilometres per hour.

Sea conditions are expected to be calm to slightly rough.
