The renowned French cabaret Crazy Horse Paris will launch a new permanent show in Dubai on Thursday, November 12, 2026, marking the company’s only current permanent production outside Paris. The 75-year-old cabaret, known for blending dance, light, shadow, optical illusions and sensual performances, will stage a Dubai-exclusive production at the renovated Zabeel Theatre in Jumeirah Zabeel Saray on Palm Jumeirah. Admission is restricted to guests aged 21 and over.

According to UAE newspaper The National and an official announcement from Crazy Horse, the production, titled Crazy Horse Paris: Dubai Edition, will be staged in a 200-seat venue and will mark the company’s first permanent presence in the Middle East. Organisers said the show has been adapted to reflect regional culture and customs while retaining the artistic hallmarks of the original, including works by acclaimed French choreographer Philippe Decouflé. The original French production features artistic nudity, but organisers have yet to disclose details of the changes made to its more provocative elements.

Crazy Horse was founded by Alain Bernardin on Avenue George V in Paris in 1951 and gradually became one of France’s best-known cabarets. The company has previously staged shows in several countries and maintained a presence in Las Vegas, US, for 11 years from 2001.

The Dubai cast comprises 18 professional dancers from around the world, selected from hundreds of applicants and trained intensively in Paris for several months. Twelve dancers will take the stage each night, while more than 500 costume pieces have been custom-made and hand-sewn in France specifically for the Dubai production. The show will also feature international performers, acrobats, a host and a DJ.

Shows will be held nightly in two formats. The first begins at 7pm, with the package lasting around 90 minutes, including approximately 80 minutes for the main performance. Tickets start from AED400. The second begins at 9.30pm and runs for around three hours, combining live entertainment, music and a three-course dinner. Packages start from AED900. After the show, the evening continues with music from a DJ.

Philippe Lhomme, president of Crazy Horse Paris, described the launch of the permanent Dubai show as a significant step in the brand’s international expansion. Plans for the Dubai venue were first announced in July 2024. Although it was initially scheduled to open that year, its launch has now been set for November 2026. The Dubai production will be managed by UAE-based 111 Management.

Throughout its history, Crazy Horse has collaborated with prominent figures including Beyoncé, Jean Paul Gaultier, Christian Louboutin, Dita Von Teese and Lisa of Blackpink. It was also featured in the fourth season of the Netflix series Emily in Paris.

Dubai also saw the opening of Paris Paradis, a show by the historic French cabaret Paradis Latin, at Taj Dubai in Business Bay in January 2026.
