The UAE’s National Centre of Meteorology said skies will be clear to partly cloudy today, Thursday, October 29, with a chance of convective clouds forming over northern and eastern areas. These clouds may extend to some inland areas and bring rain.

Humidity will increase overnight and on Friday morning in some coastal and inland areas, particularly in the west, with a chance of light fog.

Southeasterly to northeasterly winds are forecast at speeds of 10 to 25 kilometres per hour. Gusts may reach 50 kilometres per hour at times during cloud activity, raising dust.

Sea conditions are expected to be calm.

Maximum temperatures are forecast to reach 36°C in Dubai and Sharjah and 35°C in Abu Dhabi. Minimum temperatures are expected to be 27°C in Dubai, 26°C in Abu Dhabi and 24°C in Sharjah.
