If you are looking for a new coffee to try, new V60 options will be added to the café’s menu from October 1.

Colombia’s Cuttaron coffee, priced at AED 30, is grown at an altitude of 1,700 to 1,800 metres and undergoes anaerobic washed processing.

Burundi coffee, priced at AED 50, is also grown at an altitude of 1,600 to 1,800 metres and undergoes anaerobic natural processing.

Kairos Coffee Assembly

To mark International Coffee Day, Kairos Coffee Assembly is offering a complimentary V60 coffee tasting.

The brewing method was developed by the venue’s head barista, Groove, and involves manually pouring water in a circular motion through a paper filter.

Three coffees will be available on October 1:

Colombia, from the Huila region, grown at an altitude of 1,750 metres and processed using natural anaerobic fermentation.

Ethiopia, from the Guji Hambela region, grown at an altitude of more than 1,950 metres.

Kenya, from the Miiri region, naturally processed and sun-dried.

La Petite Ani

The Coffee Caramel Brownie combines coffee and cake, featuring a layer of coffee caramel between layers of chocolate.

It can be ordered with a cortado or Americano. The venue’s coffee is single-origin, 100% Arabica and sourced from the Guji region in southern Ethiopia.
