Dubai is gearing up for a month of sporting activities and community events as registration opens for the 10th Dubai Fitness Challenge, running from October 31 to November 29, 2026.
The month-long initiative will transform Dubai into a large open-air fitness hub, bringing residents and visitors together through a range of activities and 4 major public events across the emirate.
The 2026 Dubai Fitness Challenge will be held under the theme “What’s Your 30x30?”, encouraging everyone to embrace a more active lifestyle.
The initiative has attracted more than 16 million participants over its previous 9 editions. As it marks its 10th year, it aims to make fitness goals more accessible to people across Dubai.
Dubai Ride and Dubai Yoga dates announced
The 10th edition will begin with Dubai Ride on November 1, giving cyclists the opportunity to take part in one of the city’s largest public cycling events.
Dubai Stand Up Paddle will follow on November 7 and 8 at Hatta Dam.
The flagship Dubai Run is scheduled for November 22, when participants will take to the streets of Dubai for a major group running event.
The month-long challenge will conclude on November 29 with Dubai Yoga and a large-scale group yoga session.

Alongside the main events, 3 free fitness villages will help participants complete their daily 30 minutes of exercise throughout the 30-day programme.
The villages will offer free classes, women-only zones and facilities for sports including basketball, football, padel and volleyball.
In addition, more than 23 community fitness hubs will host thousands of free classes and activities across Dubai.
