Dubizzle has launched a direct booking feature for holiday homes in the UAE, allowing users to search for short-term rental properties and book their stays directly through the online marketplace.

The new service is available for holiday homes listed by participating agencies on the platform. Users can now complete the entire process, from searching for a property to booking their accommodation, on Dubizzle.

According to the company, more than 10,000 short-term rental properties are listed on the platform each month. Dubizzle said growing user demand for holiday homes was the main reason behind the launch of direct bookings.

Holiday Home Bookings Across the UAE

Users can search for licensed holiday homes across the UAE, ranging from city apartments and beachfront residences to family homes and luxury villas.

Properties offered through the service are professionally managed.
The platform is also designed to provide licensed holiday home operators, property management companies and developers with a new channel to attract guests and receive bookings.

Haider Ali Khan, CEO of Dubizzle and CEO of Dubizzle Group in the Middle East and North Africa, said: “With direct booking now available in Dubizzle’s holiday homes section, users can easily find and book verified properties through a platform they already know and trust.”

Khan said the launch would support travellers and licensed operators as the UAE’s holiday home market continues to expand.

Dubizzle also said the service forms part of the company’s broader strategy to expand its digital services across property, automotive and online classifieds.
