Dubai: Travellers who book eligible return flights to Dubai with Emirates can receive a complimentary attractions package worth AED 535. The package includes admission to Atlantis Aquaventure Waterpark, the Lost World Aquarium and a Hop-on Hop-off Dubai sightseeing bus tour.

The offer applies to eligible return tickets in all cabin classes purchased between September 21 and October 11, 2026, for travel between September 24 and December 13, 2026.

The package is part of Emirates’ winter campaign for Dubai. In addition to complimentary access to three attractions, passengers can enjoy further travel benefits and discounts during their stay.

🟣 Three complimentary attractions worth AED 535

The AED 535 package includes admission to Atlantis Aquaventure Waterpark and the Lost World Aquarium, as well as access to Dubai’s Hop-on Hop-off sightseeing buses.

The bus tour allows visitors to explore Dubai’s major attractions at their own pace, including Burj Khalifa and the Al Fahidi Historical Neighbourhood.

Adnan Kazim, Emirates’ Deputy President and Chief Commercial Officer, said Dubai offers a wide range of leisure, dining, shopping and entertainment experiences for different budgets, age groups and preferences. He added that Emirates had sought to deliver greater value to customers through complimentary excursions and a range of special offers.

Specific terms and conditions apply, and some departure points are excluded. Tickets must also be purchased within the stated booking period.

Passengers can also use My Emirates Pass to receive discounts at participating shops, restaurants, spas, leisure attractions and other venues across the UAE.

To access these benefits, customers must present their physical or digital Emirates boarding pass along with valid identification at participating venues.

The programme is available throughout the year, with additional seasonal offers introduced during selected periods.

Visitors can also use Dubai Experience to book hotels, restaurants, attractions, excursions and tours at special rates.

The platform allows travellers to create personalised itineraries from hundreds of activities across a range of prices and budgets.

🟣 Free travel date changes if plans change

Emirates said passengers travelling to Dubai in any cabin class can change their travel dates an unlimited number of times without a change fee. However, any fare difference must be paid by the passenger.

Customers can also hold a fare free of charge for 24 hours and benefit from reduced ticket refund fees.

Travellers in 27 countries can add Emirates’ comprehensive travel insurance to their booking either during the booking process or later through Manage Your Booking.

The insurance includes unlimited worldwide medical coverage, emergency evacuation, trip cancellation, and cover for delayed or lost baggage.

According to Emirates, the policy also includes conflict-related coverage, offering reimbursement of medical expenses of up to $25,000 and a complimentary trip extension of up to 30 days.

🟣 More benefits for Emirates Skywards members

Emirates Skywards members can access complimentary Wi-Fi on flights and earn or spend Miles at participating venues in Dubai.

Miles can be redeemed at selected outlets, including Dubai Duty Free, the Emirates Official Store and marhaba airport meet-and-greet services.

Members enrolled in Skywards Everyday can also convert their Miles into cashback at participating shops, restaurants and transport providers across the UAE.

Skywards members can also earn Miles when shopping at stores in Dubai Mall and use Skywards Miles Mall to purchase digital gift cards from participating brands, including Amazon AE, Deliveroo, Shukran, Apple and Nike.
