Jumeirah Lakes Towers Parking Management Contract Extended for 10 Years

Parkin also extended its parking services contract with Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC) for another 10 years last month, allowing it to continue managing and operating parking facilities in Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT).

Under the agreement, Parkin will have exclusive responsibility for managing and operating around 2,800 paid parking spaces in Jumeirah Lakes Towers, including 250 dedicated motorcycle spaces.

Parkin also announced that it will install solar energy infrastructure in the area as part of the agreement.

Expansion of Parking Payment and Management Services

Under the new contract, Parkin will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the parking facilities and the collection of parking fees through digital and in-person payment methods.

The renewed partnership aims to make parking more accessible and provide easier, faster and more efficient services to residents, businesses and visitors in Jumeirah Lakes Towers.

With the launch of paid parking services in Al Furjan and the extension of the Jumeirah Lakes Towers parking management contract, Parkin’s operations across these two residential and commercial areas of Dubai will continue to expand.
