Dubai Global Village’s new season begins October 14; tickets start at Dh25
Dubai’s Global Village will launch its 31st season on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, featuring new attractions and shows, new restaurants and expanded family facilities. The destination will remain open until May 2027.
Global Village will welcome visitors from 6pm on opening day. Thereafter, it will operate from 4pm to midnight from Sunday to Wednesday, and from 4pm to 1am from Thursday to Saturday and on public holidays. Tuesdays will be reserved for families, couples and women, except on public holidays.
The new season will feature 29 pavilions representing more than 90 cultures, as well as over 3,500 retail outlets. The Sri Lanka pavilion and the joint Russia and Azerbaijan pavilion have been redesigned, while the Syria and Kuwait pavilions will return with refreshed façades.
One of the most prominent new attractions is the Tokyo Rush roller coaster, which will feature high-speed turns and a loop. The ride will open later in the season, although an exact launch date has yet to be announced.
Around 40,000 performances are also planned. New additions this season include the Fast Live 2: The Police Strikes Back stunt show, along with two new productions, Bollywood Idol and Bank Heist.
For the first time, a special children’s passport will be available, allowing young visitors to collect stamps at stations across all 29 pavilions. The price has yet to be announced.
The number of ticket counters at Happiness Gate has also been increased, bilingual Arabic and English signs have been installed, and additional family restrooms have been added. A WhatsApp chatbot will also be launched to assist visitors, although its number has not yet been announced.
Admission has been set at AED25 on regular days and AED30 on weekends and public holidays. Tickets will go on sale from October 14 through the website, mobile app and entrance ticket counters.
