Wynn Al Marjan Island Begins Hiring for 2,750 Roles Ahead of 2027 Opening

Wynn Al Marjan Island, the integrated resort under construction with a budget of AED 18.7 billion, has begun recruiting for approximately 2,750 positions ahead of its official opening. The resort, expected to open its doors to tourists in the first quarter of 2027, aims to complete its experienced staff roster this year and next.

According to the company's 2025 annual report, 251 people (mainly in senior management positions) had been hired by the end of last year, with the ultimate goal of reaching 3,000 employees by the end of 2026.

As of Sunday, approximately 112 job postings were published on the company's official website. The areas currently accepting applications include:

🟠 Specialized Departments: Marketing, Gaming, Finance, Information Technology (IT), and Legal.

This massive project, developed in collaboration with the American company Wynn Resorts and RAK Holding, will include:

▪️ 22 restaurants and catering facilities.

▪️ A large theater, luxury brand stores, and a private marina.

▪️ The creation of more than 9,000 direct and indirect jobs in Ras Al Khaimah and other emirates.

Ras Al Khaimah aims to increase its tourist numbers to 3.5 million by 2030. The opening of this resort will play a key role in achieving this goal.

🟠 In 2025, the emirate hosted 1.3 million visitors, representing a 6 percent increase.

🟠 Wynn Al Marjan Island will elevate Ras Al Khaimah's position on the global luxury tourism map by attracting international VIP clients (particularly leveraging shared databases with the London branch).
