Dubai’s property market recorded transactions worth AED 9.83 billion, equivalent to about $2.7 billion, last week, according to data from the Dubai Land Department.

Sales transactions accounted for the largest share of market activity, reaching AED 7.05 billion, or about $1.9 billion.

A total of 2,465 sales transactions were registered in Dubai between August 31 and September 4.

🟠 Dubai Property Market Last Week

The most expensive sales transactions recorded on the Dubai Land Department’s website included:

🏠 An office at Omniyat’s Lumena Alta development in Business Bay sold for AED 41.8 million, equivalent to about $11.4 million.

🏠 An apartment at the Muraba Veil development on the Dubai Water Canal sold for AED 31.6 million, or about $8.6 million.

🏠 An apartment at Orla by Omniyat on Palm Jumeirah sold for AED 29.4 million, equivalent to about $8 million.

Dubai Land Department data also showed that mortgage transactions reached AED 2.01 billion, or about $547 million, last week.

Gift transactions during the same period were valued at AED 774 million, equivalent to about $211 million.
